The Village of Landis is a community of 152 residents with an extended rural community.  We are located on Highway 14, 140km to the west of Saskatoon and 95km to the south of North Battleford.

The Village is very much a farming based community with a huge volunteer atmosphere.  The Village incorporated in May of 1909, has a skating rink that was built in 1997, Community Complex/Curling Rink, along with several businesses such as a restaurant and grocery store.

The Village has several families that have come to live in the community over the years from overseas and as far as Nova Scotia.
